As you walk down to the hangars, you will pass the self-contained veg plot with fruit trees. There are cherry, peach, plum and pear trees and an assortment of vegetables and fruits being grown. The large hangar is used for the horses and has a tack room, 5 stables with water and lighting, access directly onto the two paddocks and there are a few separated rooms on the right-hand side, ideal for animals or storage. There is even a foaling box made of teak wood.

Paddocks & Field
This charming property comes with around 3.5 hectares of land which is split into a couple of paddocks for the horses and another large field behind the gite. Please ask if you would like the cadastral plan or overhead shot. The land is cut by the neighbouring farmer who gives the owners whatever they need, and he takes the surplus for himself which would happily continue with the next owners if they so wished. There is a well on site next to the paddocks which can be used.
Overview
This is a wonderful property and could be used in so many ways. Whilst I have the video and photos, I can send you, it really is a place that needs to be viewed in person to truly appreciate what it offers. The potential is there if you wanted to have a good income from the two other properties which are both in really wonderful condition, as is the whole property. Please do ask if you have any questions or if you would like to see the video on our YouTube channel.
