Although the property seems pretty solid inside and has held up very well considering it has been empty for a long time, there are some works that will need doing. The staircase I have already mentioned and the large part of the building will probably need a new roof very soon. The rest of the property needs redecorating throughout.
The property has a courtyard to the rear. You will see from the pictures that there are a couple of small trees that need to be taken down to open this area up, which is big enough for a good size table and chairs.
This is a lovely house that will need someone not scared of some manual work to bring it back to a better standard. It has some good fundamentals of mains drainage, central heating and double glazing, as well as two fireplaces. This could be a great lock up and leave holiday home for a couple or family of 4.
