Approach to house

There is a small hamlet road which you cross to go to the tennis court which is situated in the orchard. This court has a fully chain linked fence and has the grounds weather proofing done on a regular basis. The orchard is made up of mainly apple and pear trees and goes down to the River Blavet.
There is a mooring and slipway for access to the River Blavet and the tow path for walkers and cyclists is on the opposite side.
