The last area is a space for the car to be parked, so it stays cool on those hot summer days.
The garden is beautiful. It has some stunning areas which have been landscaped and continuously looked after. You will find a pond near the veranda, a lovely wooden walkway leading down to the vegetable garden which has some roses growing around it and you get a real tranquil feel from the garden. It has a large vegetable plot with poly tunnel, greenhouse and ready-made growing areas for fruit and veg. You will also find a nice sized grass area at the bottom of the garden which again is very private.
There is one area to the front of the property on the left which the owner is just finishing off, so it looks a little untidy now, but will be lovely in a couple of weeks.
This house is really quite stunning. It has so many good features to talk about. The velux windows are all solar powered, the gates are electric and have control panels which also control the lights in the house. You have the log burner and the possibility to connect the underfloor heating if you want. All the doors upstairs are solid oak as well as in the kitchen and bedroom. You have the large veranda with views, the two ponds, outbuildings, ample parking and let’s not forget the two stone benches and well at the front which are just lovely features.
