Opposite this is what I think would be used as a dining room or study. It has a wooden floor, large double glazed window to the front and exposed beams. This room needs some sockets put in and the walls either painted or plaster boarded.

To the back left is the bigger of the rooms downstairs, so ideally the reception room. It has an oak floor, large double glazed window to the side and is the same as the last room, where walls need finishing and some sockets put in.

The last room on this floor would be the downstairs bedroom. It has an oak floor, large double glazed window to the side and needs decorating.

The wooden stairs lead up to the first floor. This floor is much more finished, and the first room is the master bedroom. It has been plaster boarded and is fully insulated. It has electrics fixed, a wooden floor, two velux windows and a double glazed window to the front. It just needs some small areas of plasterboard finishing.

There are two further rooms on this floor that have been separated but still need doors fitted. The first is a double bedroom. It has a wooden floor, double glazed window to the front and access to the loft space. This room also has just some plasterboard to finish off around the dormer window.
2.60m x 2.30m
The final room on this floor is the fitted shower room. It has a shower, WC, washbasin, bidet, wooden floor and a velux window. The pipes are all connected to the mains and the electrics are ready to connect to the box.
The house sits on a pot of 560m² which until recently was all brambles. It has now been cleared and would make a lovely outdoor space. You would also be able to make a driveway onto the property. It is also covered at the rear and side by some trees, giving that little bit extra protection to the house and some privacy.
The house is in good condition but does need some plasterboard, decorating and electrics finishing. The electric board is in and most of the wiring has been put in and run back to the board, but it isn't connected yet, so an electrician would be needed for a couple of days to help wire it to the fuse board. The owner has said he will leave the plasterboard in the cottage for the new owner to help them finish off. There are some extra items that he would be willing to sell with the house, so please ask.
