This is a great little cottage in the heart of a quiet village. It needs a bit of finishing off downstairs, but it has been locked up for a couple of years, so like any house it needs to breath. It is a good price and in a great location with two major towns within a 10 minute drive as well as the famous Lac de Guerledan where you can do many activities and water sports in the summer and eat at the lovely restaurants available.
